How do I sync my data across devices?
Sign in with Apple to enable iCloud sync. Your workouts, maxes, and progress will automatically sync across all your devices.
How does cycle-aware training work?
Grant HealthKit access in Settings, and Sundee Fundee reads your cycle data to recommend training intensity and volume adjustments based on your current phase.
How do I track a ruck?
Open the Rucking Club app, set your ruck weight, and tap "Start Ruck." The app will track your route, distance, pace, and elevation using GPS. On Apple Watch, you can start directly from your wrist.
How do I join a club?
Go to the Clubs tab in the Rucking Club app. Browse available clubs or search by name. You can also create your own club and invite friends with a share link.
Is the app really free?
Yes. All features are included at no cost — GPS tracking, clubs, leaderboards, badges, events, advanced stats, CSV export, custom app icons, and Apple Watch support. No paywalls, no subscriptions.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to the More tab, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, ruck history, leaderboard entries, and club memberships from our servers. You can also email us at support@sundeefundee.com for assistance.
